2. Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA Agent. This counter-notification must include:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it previously appeared.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your area.

3. Repeat Infringers

GoGoSerials may, at its sole discretion, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

4. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
